Job Description

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Expertise: Payroll, Fast Formula, Core HR, Absence Management

Location: Hyderabad (India) / Onsite (Saudi)

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud with multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Payroll processing & Fast Formula, Core HR, Absence Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security, Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Building scalable, real-time solutions in fast-paced settings

Good to Have: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
