Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a strong track record of successful implementations, support, and upgrades. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions and ensure seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with HR and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration, data migration, and reporting needs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post go-live.
- Conduct testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support cutover/go-live activities.
- Keep up with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend relevant changes or improvements.
- Deliver end-user training and support change management efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- [8+] years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
