Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities across Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge along with hands-on experience in configuration, integrations, and support.

Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions

• Configure Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, and Security

• Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL for data migration

• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards

• Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (India / Global)

• Participate in UAT, production support (L2/L3), and post-go-live activities

• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
