Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (Fusion).
Write and optimize PL/SQL code for data extraction and manipulation.
Design and manage HCM Extracts to export business data from Oracle Fusion applications.
Integrate various Oracle Fusion modules using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Utilize HCM Data Loader for bulk data uploads and updates in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Oracle BI Publisher in a Fusion environment.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Familiarity with HCM Data Loader for data management tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
