We are seeking a seasoned person with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules to lead our HCM team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HCM modules and have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least five end-to-end implementation projects. Additionally, they should exhibit strong people management skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation Management , Benefits , Payroll , Absence Management , Oracle Recruiting Cloud , Workforce Management, HR Help Desk and Security.
- Develop strategic plans for Oracle HCM Cloud systems deployment and enhancements.
- Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes.
- Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
- Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements:
- Education - B.Tech./MCA/MBA or bachelor's degree in science, Computer Science , Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Expertise in at least 3 HCM Modules.
- Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
