About the Role:

We are looking for Consultant Software Engineer - Oracle HCM Functional with 10 + years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality (Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation and Dynamic Skills). Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the functional consultant for technical streams. Participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise in at least 3 modules from Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation and Dynamic Skills.
  • Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
  • The candidate must have Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities.

Performance Management

  • Design, configure, and maintain performance cycles, forms, workflows, rating scales, and calibration tools.
  • Partner with HR Leaders to support goal-setting frameworks, continuous performance processes, and year-end reviews.
  • Troubleshoot performance form issues, workflow blockers, role permissions, and reporting needs.

Talent Management

  • Configure talent profiles, competencies, capabilities, and career frameworks.
  • Drive talent reviews, potential assessments, and employee development tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment of talent processes with organizational frameworks.
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for absence and time management processes. Perform fit-gap analysis and design a solution based on Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable end-users and provide post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive solution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
  • Raising SR, coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration
  • Should have completed at least 2 implementation projects on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
  • The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
