37 years hands on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS)

Strong expertise in:

o Groovy scripting

o Calc Manager business rules

o Forms, dashboards, navigation flows

o Data Management & integrations

o Metadata design and maintenance

Understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis).

Experience with integrated financial planning (Workforce, CapEx, Opex, Revenue) with ability to identify opportunities to improve performance, user experience, automation, and application functionality.

Comfortable working in agile delivery environments.

Experience of integration with Oracle Fusion ERP/ FCCS/ EPM Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS) using Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.

Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or cloud integration tools.

Familiarity with financial reporting tools (MR, Narrative Reporting).

Professional certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud (nice to have)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills; able to partner with Finance and IT stakeholders through workshops, documentation, and end-user training.

Proactive, accountable, and comfortable in fast paced environments.
