Role Overview:

Join our Demo Engineering team to help design and build the next generation ofAI-powered solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud Applications. You will work hands-on withFusion AI Studio,Generative AI,andcloud-native developmentto create AI Agents and intelligent workflows that improve productivity, automate processes, and strengthen Oracle's competitive differentiation.

We are looking for an AI/Agent Developer to design and deliver AI-driven automations, intelligent workflows, and agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Fusion AI Studio for HCM or other Fusion Applications, modern LLMs (OpenAI/Cohere/Grok), RAG-based architectures, and building secure REST integrations. Skills in Python/SQL/JavaScript, OAC analytics, and the ability to deploy solutions on OCI are a plus. Good understanding for Oracle HCM cloud is preferred.

As a Solution Engineer, you will translate business and sales engineering needs intointelligent, scalable HCM AI Agents, partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

Your core responsibility is to understand the needs of sales engineers, build/configure AI Agents, leveraging Oracle's modern Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud platform and applications, and competitively differentiate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, cloud-native applications and AI-driven HCM workflows.
• Build and configure AI Agents leveraging Generative AI, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Develop integrations and services usingPython, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern cloud development frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with solution engineers, product managers, architects, and global delivery teams to define innovative use cases and deliver differentiated capabilities.
• Contribute to technical design, solution architecture, and best practices for AI-enabled enterprise applications.
• Continuously explore emerging AI and cloud technologies to enhance solution quality, performance, and business value.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• AI and Agent Development: Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs and experience designing and developing AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows. Good experience in Fusion AI Studio and have worked on multiple AI Agent development.
• Working with LLMs: Experience building custom AI Solutions using OpenAI, Cohere, Grok etc.
• Pillar Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM or other Fusion applications.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript (any modern framework), and enterprise application development
• APIs and Integrations: Advanced experience designing and consuming RESTful web services and building secure, scalable integrations.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and be able deploy custom AI solutions.
• Solution Design: Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, innovative solutions.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets and enterprise-grade architectures.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional, global teams in fast-paced environments.
• Enterprise Applications: Prior experience with cloud enterprise platforms and HCM solutions is highly desirable.
• Mindset: Self-driven, curious, and passionate about innovation, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact. Stay current on emerging AI/cloud technologies to improve solution quality, performance, and business impact.
