Job Role: PCMCS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Type: Full Time - Remote

Job Details:

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle PCMCS, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of profitability and cost management solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PCMCS solutions, including model design, rule configuration, and performance optimization.

Architect complex allocation models for multi-dimensional profitability analysis (e.g., product, customer, geography).

Define metadata structures, hierarchies, and dimensional mappings aligned with business needs.

Oversee integration of PCMCS with Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.

Design and manage data pipelines using Data Management tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Integration).

Ensure data governance, accuracy, and reconciliation across systems.

Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive decision-making.

Provide strategic guidance on cost modeling, profitability analysis, and financial transformation initiatives.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live support.

Mentor junior consultants and analysts on PCMCS best practices and project delivery.

Review deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Oracle PCMCS and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.

Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies, financial modeling, and performance management.

Expertise in rule sets, custom calculations (MDX), and Essbase (ASO/BSO).

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integration and data management tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
