Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) SME/Trainer to support and deliver Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically TRCS, and have experience conducting end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and providing subject matter expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS).
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs for end users and business teams.
- Configure, administer, and support Oracle TRCS applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand tax reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives within Oracle TRCS.
- Manage metadata, security, user provisioning, and application maintenance activities.
- Assist in data integration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Develop training materials, user guides, SOPs, and documentation.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to tax reporting and Oracle EPM applications.
- Ensure best practices are followed across tax reporting, compliance, and reporting processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS).
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud.
- Knowledge of Oracle Administering Tax Reporting.
- Experience in tax reporting, tax provision, tax compliance, and financial reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM administration, security, metadata management, and business rules.
- Experience with Smart View, data integration, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and mentor end users.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, or other Oracle EPM products.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes.
- Prior experience in corporate training or knowledge transfer programs.
- Oracle certifications in EPM/TRCS will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Oracle EPM/TRCS certifications preferred.
