Oracle Consultant

Job Description:

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for functional implementation of ERP which includes Oracle Fusion HCM module. This includes the support in HCM business solutions in Oracle. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.

Responsibilities:

Candidate should have strong experience in two or more of the Global HR modules (Core HR/ Payrolls(US/UK)/ Compensation/Talent Management/ Time and Labor/ Workforce Management)

Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader.

Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality.

Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion application.
