Technical Responsibilities
- Work on Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, and OTL configurations.
- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Support and validate data migrations and integrations.
- Assist in debugging issues related to Payroll and HR processes.
- Perform system testing and provide post-production support.
- Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS R12
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Time & Labor (OTL)
- Experience with Fast Formulas
- Good understanding of end-to-end HRMS lifecycle
- Exposure to SQL/PLSQL for data validation and analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in implementation and support projects
Knowledge of statutory payroll (India / Global as applicable)
Experience in HRMS integrations with third-party systems
Oracle EBS technical background is a plus
