Job Description:
Trinamix is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and SOD (Segregation of Duties) and RMC (Risk Management and Compliance) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle Cloud GRC applications, providing expert guidance on SOD rules, and supporting risk management initiatives. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, identify compliance requirements, and develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud GRC applications according to client requirements.
- Analyze business processes to assess risk and compliance needs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain SOD policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document user requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on GRC and SOD best practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist clients in adapting their compliance frameworks accordingly.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders on compliance status and risks.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud GRC, SOD, and RMC modules.
- Proficiency in risk management frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and client relations.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certification in GRC, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Previous consulting experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in governance, risk, and compliance.
