Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of AIA for Communications, focusing on telecom-specific integrations
Deploy O2C and AABC PIPs, maintain middleware systems, troubleshoot workflows, and optimize integrations between systems like Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, and OSM

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure Oracle AIA, including PIPs
Administer Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle AIA 12.x (mandatory) and WebLogic Server environments
Monitor and troubleshoot using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
Resolve infra issues in BPEL, ESB, and XML/XSLT workflows
Document and ensure adherence to integration best practices
