Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of AIA for Communications, focusing on telecom-specific integrations
  • Deploy O2C and AABC PIPs, maintain middleware systems, troubleshoot workflows, and optimize integrations between systems like Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, and OSM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Oracle AIA, including PIPs
  • Administer Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle AIA 12.x (mandatory) and WebLogic Server environments
  • Monitor and troubleshoot using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
  • Resolve infra issues in BPEL, ESB, and XML/XSLT workflows
  • Document and ensure adherence to integration best practices
