Senior Developer within an NCR Voyix Edge SCRUM team working on our market leading, innovative Edge platform. In this role you will take on complex development tasks within the team and perform code review for the team. You will also assist in defining stories on the backlog, design activities and liaise with QA and internal stakeholders to ensure the right solution and quality.
Core Skills -
Strong development skills - clean code / agile / SOLID principles
Go programming language. Multi-threaded development. Linux OS. GIT. Exposure to cloud computing ideally GCP. Experience of containerisation with Docker or Kubernetes.
Highly Desirable skills - Linux Networking Extended Linux knowledge (Bash, installation, boot process, building and configuring the kernel and modules) Virtualization (XEN, QEMU, libvirt, KVM) Experience designing software & code-reviewing Experience mentoring junior team members
