Role: OPT Recruiter/ H1 Transfer Recruiter

Shift Timings: 6:30pm- 3:30am IST

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source qualified candidates from the open US job market using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
- Identify and generate H-1B transfer and project transfer leads, ensuring transfer readiness and compliance
- Match the right candidate to the right requirement by evaluating skills, experience, availability, location, and rate
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment independently, from sourcing through candidate submission
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and visa classifications
- Hands-on experience hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, and H-1B consultants
- Good understanding of project transfers and H-1B transfers
- Ability to manage full-cycle US recruitment independently
