- Provide key support on multiple projects;formulate and clearly deliver complex information, issues, and recommendations in both written and oral presentations.
- Lead, update, and validatethe Smartsheet productivity repository as well as the site and consolidation dashboards.
- Interact with various finance groups including functional FP&A.
- Develop and usecomplex financial modelsto make decisions.
- Find opportunities forprocess improvementsusingautomation and analytics.
- Performad hoc analysis and support special projects.
- Monitor and reporton key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity initiatives.
- Providetraining and supportto team members on productivity processes, reporting, and standards.
- Financial modeling and data analysis to support business transformation.
- Ensure alignment with Smartsheet repository and dashboards with Amgen Sensing dashboards.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degreeOR,
- Master s degree and 4 to 6 Finance and Technology experienceOR,
- Bachelor s degree and 6 to 8 years of Finance and Technology experienceOR,
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Finance and Technology experience
- Strong understanding of using, building, and troubleshootingSmartsheet datasets and dashboards.
- Experience infinance and accounting principles.
- Experience working withfinance systems, includingHyperion, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced excel skills.
- Expertise infinancial data analytics, reporting, and forecasting tools.
- Experience inautomation and process optimizationof datasets.
- Ability to support and improvedata governance, processes, and policiesfor productivity reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity withoptimizing data process flows.
- Exposure todata visualization and dashboardingtools.
