Job Description

  • Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally
  • Delivering shipments to the customers and getting the required paperwork
  • Proper status code for the undelivered shipments
  • Hand over COD/FOD/DOD and undelivered shipments on the same day to the supervisor
  • To meet the EDD & to achieve the SQ targets
  • Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing
  • If serviceable, count and take acknowledgement from customer basis tally of shipments against invoice. Ensure airwaybill and supporting regulatory documents are also collected after thorough check of the condition of packages
  • Inscan the shipment after reaching office, data enter in the system and handle the onward connections
