- Lead the Sale Operations for JPN, ANZP, India, Philippines, Thailand , and emerging market customers
- Responsible for order creation, order fulfilment, and channel inventory management
- Solve customer escalations and issues with new order requests and existing backlog
- C ustomer centric focus. Responsible for NPS and actions to drive better customer experience
- Drive a process-centric execution focused on aligning demand with supply
- Lead with Operational Excellence mindset striving to delight the customers with continuous improvements
- Provide world class order management to our customers and maintain a high-quality sale support environment
- Analyze customer Sell through, Channel Inventory data and present to management weekly
- Support our customers and Enphase Sales with weekly account reviews and solve customer issues before they become critical escalations.
- Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive Enphase s opportunity/funnel management
- Manage customer backlog through product transitions and new product launches, and manage on-hand inventory actively based on plan of record
- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company, including sales, finance, supply planning, pricing, and PLM teams

Who you are and what you bring:
- Bachelor s Degree required, and Master preferred with knowledge of sales operations, demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environment
- 8 + years of experience managing global customers and i nternal stakeholder s .
- Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time and effectively prioritize tasks to meet company business objectives
- Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-driven insight-seeking and decision-making
- Organized with strong work ethic, attention to details, and excellent communication skills
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
- Advanced skills with Excel and data manipulation
- Should have hands on in Oracle/SAP ERP , CRM, BI systems like T ableau/PowerBI/Encorta
- Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
- Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers .
