Role profile:
Program Operations Process SCF transactions including invoice uploads, validation, discounting, repayment and settlement. Monitor utilization of sanctioned limits for vendors, dealers, and anchor corporates. Ensure timely disbursement and repayment processing in accordance with program structures. Invoice & Documentation Management Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents uploaded on SCF platform. Ensure documentation compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate transaction records and audit trails. Platform & System Management Operate SCF platform to process transactions and maintain customer master data. Coordinate with technology teams to resolve system issues and improve process efficiency. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with anchor corporates, vendors, dealers, and internal teams for transaction processing. Address operational queries related to limits, invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Reconciliation & Reporting Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and settlements. Prepare MIS reports on utilization, overdue exposures, and program performance. Support audit and compliance reviews. Key Skills Knowledge of SCF products (vendor finance, dealer finance, trade advance). Understanding of invoice processing and credit limit monitoring. Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy. Proficiency in financial systems, LOS-LMS platforms, and MS Excel. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Knowledge Familiarity with supply chain finance transactions and documentation. Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to lending and receivable financing. D. Minimum Requirements Qualification: Bachelors degree in finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 7-10 years of experience in banking/NBFC operations, preferably in supply chain finance, trade finance, or lending operations.
