The Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day order processing, logistics coordination, inventory accuracy, and customer experience for both D2C & B2B operations. This role ensures that every order moves smoothly from seller/manufacturer to the customer with minimum delays and maximum reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Process daily D2C & B2B orders across Shopify / backend systems.
- Generate labels, invoices, e-way bills, DCs and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with sellers, manufacturers and logistic partners to ensure on-time dispatch.
- Track courier pickups, delivery progress, and handle exceptions (NDRs, RTOs, delays).
Logistics & Courier Management
- Monitor delivery TATs and escalate SLA breaches.
- Coordinate with Delhivery, third-party couriers, cargo/transport partners as needed.
- Reconcile courier charges and resolve billing disputes.
Vendor Coordination
- Work with vendors and manufacturers for B2B orders and replenishments.
- Track production timelines, dispatch readiness, and communication loops.
Inventory & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date stock levels for white-label SKUs.
- Perform periodic inventory audits and maintain inbound/outbound stock reports.
- Highlight low-stock or production delays proactively.
Customer Experience
- Respond to customer queries on email, call and WhatsApp with a specified TAT.
- Provide proactive updates on order status and resolve customer issues end-to-end (not just respond).
Skills & Requirements
- 13 years in e-commerce operations, logistics or vendor coordination.
- Strong communication & follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of couriers, shipping processes, and order life cycle.
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Ability to manage high-pressure operational days (sales spikes, delays, exceptions).
