This role requires
hands-on experience in Packaging, Printing, Labelling, Anti-Counterfeit, Track & Trace, or Serialization solutions.
To ensure the right fit, we are currently focusing on candidates from these relevant industries. Applicants from IT services, BPO, facility management, logistics-only, or other unrelated backgrounds will not be considered for this position.
Role Overview
We are looking for an operations Manager with strong industry exposure who can manage end-to-end operational delivery, customer coordination, vendor management, and execution of packaging / printing / traceability solutions for Pharma and FMCG clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Communication and Relationship: Efficient and professional customer communication and relationship management.
- Allocate Resources: Efficiently allocate resources to maximize productivity while controlling costs.
- Order Management and delivery: Plan, execute, and manage delivery of orders strictly as per schedule
- Optimize Processes: Enhance efficiency and ensure best practices in all departments
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain team to ensure smooth operations and deliver high quality on time.
- Quality Control: Develop and enforce robust quality control processes to ensure high standards.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to ensure a smooth supply chain and consistent material availability.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
46 years of experience in:
- Printing / Packaging / Labelling operations
- Track & Trace / Serialization / Anti-Counterfeit solutions
- Pharma or FMCG packaging ecosystem
Education
- B.Tech / BE in Printing & Packaging / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain (preferred)
Strong understanding of
- Packaging workflows
- Vendor & supplier coordination
- Quality & compliance
- Operations execution in client-facing environments
