Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across departments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, process implementation, and seamless execution of tasks across sales, marketing, legal, CRM, and administrative functions.
This role requires strong leadership, process-driven thinking, and the ability to bring structure, accountability, and efficiency into a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure timely execution of tasks across departments.
- Track ongoing activities and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure consistency and standardization across all operational functions.
- Act as a central point of coordination between various departments.
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability in execution.
- Leverage MS Office tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Support the implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in real estate operations will be preferred.
- Strong organizational and execution capabilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Experience in setting up processes, systems, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
