Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure and consistency to our supply chain and customer operations. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners, and ensuring customers receive their orders on time.
Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain and Inventory Management
- Manage inventory planning, restocking, and stock movement
- Track inventory data to reduce stockouts and excess stock
- Work with vendors to ensure timely production
- Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve delays
- Maintain accurate stock visibility across operations
2. Logistics and Fulfillment
- Oversee shipment operations and coordination
- Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time
- Work with logistics partners to improve performance
- Identify and fix gaps in the fulfillment process
3. Customer-Facing Operations
- Ensure a smooth post-order experience for customers
- Monitor and reduce issues such as
- Weight discrepancies
- RTO (Return to Origin)
- NDR (Non-Delivery Reports)
- Lost or delayed shipments
- Build processes to improve delivery success rates
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics
- Experience working with vendors and external partners
- Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on it
- Strong execution skills and sense of ownership
Preferred Background
- Experience with D2C brands or logistics or shipping companies
- Experience in the fashion industry is a strong plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and fulfillment systems
