We're launching in Noida and expanding rapidly across NCR.
What You'll Do- Set up and run dark-store warehouse operations
- Manage trial bag prep, rider dispatch & reverse pickups
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performance rider fleet
- Execute time-slot & lightning trials (1535 min sessions)
- Monitor fleet performance, routing, and daily trial SLAs
- Coordinate with CX, tech, and brand teams for smooth trials
What We're Looking For- 36 years in last-mile ops, Q-commerce, D2C or 3PL
- Strong with shift planning, routing & ops execution
- Experience managing delivery teams or hub logistics
- Fast-paced, hands-on, and hustle mindset
Bonus Points
- Background in Zepto, Blinkit, Delhivery, or similar
- Built hyperlocal or try-and-buy workflows before
