Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment delivery team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will have end-to-end ownership of operational performance, team productivity, service delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team, driving performance, engagement, productivity, and professional development.
• Own the recruitment delivery function end-to-end, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, and operational targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans to address performance gaps.
• Participate in business reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions, providing operational insights and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implement process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements.
• Coach and mentor team members, build leadership capability, and develop succession plans and career growth opportunities.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure effective implementation of new processes and operational strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness across recruitment operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment operations, or another high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong experience in people management, performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Demonstrated experience managing business reviews, escalations, and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational metrics, preferably within an RPO environment.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, automation, workflow optimization, or cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Experience in team building, succession planning, and managing organizational or process changes.
