About The Role
Growth Enablement is responsible for driving business growth through operational excellence, workforce planning, governance, reporting, business insights, financial management, process improvement, and strategic program support.
As an Associate Manager, you will support business leaders in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives while ensuring efficient operations, effective governance, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies to help achieve business objectives and enable sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of strategic growth and business transformation initiatives.
- Manage governance activities, leadership reporting, business reviews, and operational metrics.
- Develop dashboards, performance reports, and data-driven insights for leadership teams.
- Coordinate workforce planning, resource tracking, and demand management activities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and business performance analysis.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across programs and initiatives.
- Support organizational planning, business operations, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, financial, and organizational policies.
- Prepare executive presentations and leadership communications.
Basic Qualifications
- Mater degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in business operations, program management, project management, strategy, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with leadership teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
