About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Manager who can build, manage, and scale multiple teams area-wise across Bangalore while driving operational excellence and sales growth. This role demands someone who is comfortable with field execution, people management, and performance tracking, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fast-paced service businesses, understands how operations directly impact revenue, and can convert processes into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Building & Management
- Build multiple operational teams from scratch across assigned areas
- Manage and mentor team leads and field staff area-wise
- Ensure staffing, onboarding, training, and performance tracking
- Drive accountability, discipline, and service quality across teams
Operations & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day service execution across multiple locations
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations, resource planning, and on-ground problem solving
- Set SOPs and continuously improve operational processes
Sales & Growth Enablement
- Work closely with sales and founder to boost area-wise revenue
- Identify growth opportunities within each area (partnerships, upsell, repeat business)
- Drive team alignment towards revenue targets and utilization goals
- Track area-wise performance metrics and improve conversion rates
Reporting & Ownership
- Own area-wise performance dashboards (team output, revenue, quality)
- Share weekly and monthly reports with insights and action plans
- Take independent decisions to improve efficiency and profitability
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience (profiles with less than 5 years will not be considered)
- Proven experience in a fast-moving, service-based company (home services, logistics, hospitality, field services, retail services, etc.)
- Prior experience managing multiple teams or locations
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with operations + sales exposure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with field travel and on-ground execution
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and outcomes

- Exposure to service pricing, utilization, and capacity planning
- Experience collaborating with marketing or partnerships teams
