Hiring: Operations Manager (Ecommerce & Manufacturing)

The Veshti Company is a growing fashion brand focused on comfort-driven, design-led products. As we scale, we are looking for an Operations Manager to bring structure, planning, and accountability across our end-to-end operations.
This role is central to the business and will work across production, inventory, marketplace operations, and process management.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning and Execution
- Plan production cycles based on demand trends and inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely follow-ups
- Align manufacturing timelines with sales forecasts
Inventory and Stock Planning
- Monitor inventory across warehouses and sales channels
- Forecast demand and plan replenishment cycles
- Prevent stockouts and excess inventory through data-driven decisions
Marketplace Operations
- Oversee operations across platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.
- Ensure listings are active, inventory is updated, and issues are resolved promptly
CRM and Order Flow and Returns Management
- Manage order processing workflows and customer issue resolution
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and customer support
- Oversee end-to-end returns and exchange processes across all channels
- Monitor return trends (size issues, quality concerns, usage patterns) and identify root causes
- Work closely with QC and product teams to reduce return rates through actionable insights
- Ensure timely processing of returns, refunds, and exchanges to maintain customer experience
Quality Control Coordination
- Work with QC teams to maintain consistent product quality
- Prepare and maintain QC charts for production batches
Design Registration and Compliance
- Follow up on design registration processes
- Ensure all documentation and tracking are maintained accurately
Process Development and Daily Operations
- Identify inefficiencies and implement structured workflows
- Build and maintain operational trackers
- Handle day-to-day operational requirements proactively
Data and Excel Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with large datasets using pivot tables
- Ability to build trackers for inventory, production, and operations
- Ability to convert data into actionable business insights
Candidate Profile
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple functions
- Experience in ecommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain is preferred
- Ability to anticipate problems and take proactive action
