Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager at Supernan, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by managing day-to-day operations with a focus on ensuring a magic experience for the parents on our platform. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining service quality, supervising childcare bookings, ensuring technological efficacy and leading both supply and demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookings Management:
Ensure punctuality and protocol adherence by nannies.
Engage with parents to resolve queries, gather feedback, manage disputes, and facilitate nannies in improving their service delivery.
Build strong relationships with nannies so they trust you and will listen to you
Nanny Supply Chain:
Interview potential nannies, both online and offline.
Demand Generation:
Cultivate demand by engaging with parents through video interviews
Qualifications:
Proficient in both Hindi and Kannada.
Based in Bangalore with ability to travel for meetings and trainings (work from home otherwise)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Tech native, very comfortable with technology
Ability to solve problems efficiently and handle disputes diplomatically.
