We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee operational workflows, improve process efficiency, and ensure smooth execution across business functions at Scry AI. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, coordination, and scalable execution.

Role Overview

As an Operations Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, and coordinating across teams to ensure efficient execution of business activities. You will work closely with leadership, delivery, and support teams to improve operational performance and support organizational growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is process-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management & Execution

• Oversee daily operational workflows and business processes
• Ensure smooth coordination across teams and functions
• Monitor execution timelines and operational efficiency

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and scalability
• Standardize workflows and operational practices

Team Coordination & Resource Management

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
• Manage resource allocation and operational priorities
• Drive accountability and operational alignment across teams

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement
• Support data-driven decision-making and planning

Compliance & Operational Governance

• Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
• Support documentation, audit readiness, and governance practices
• Maintain consistency and quality across operational processes
