Operations Manager – EV Retail & eCommerce

We're Hiring: Operations Manager – eCommerce (EV Spare Parts), Full time, On-Site

Varcas EV is building a fast-growing EV two-wheeler brand and is now expanding into an EV spare parts retail and eCommerce marketplace, focused on making electric mobility more accessible, reliable and scalable across India.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager to handle end-to-end execution of our eCommerce and retail operations. The role is highly execution-driven, requiring ownership of daily operations, inventory, and order fulfillment.

• Manage order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Maintain inventory tracking and stock accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners
• Ensure timely order fulfillment with minimal errors
• Handle returns, replacements, and customer issues
• Support scaling of operations as order volumes grow
• Work on improving process efficiency and cost control

• Experience in eCommerce operations / logistics / inventory management
• Strong execution mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Basic understanding of Shopify or similar platforms (preferred)

• Experience in EV / automotive / D2C businesses
• Familiarity with courier platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.)
