Senior Manager - Network Operations and Security Operations

Role Description The Manager – Network Operations and Security Operations is a full-time, on-site role based out of our India COE ( Hyderabad ). This role oversees the daily delivery and performance of network operations and security operations services, ensuring stability, availability, and security of client environments. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring technical teams, managing incident and problem resolution, and coordinating root cause analysis for network and security issues. The Practice Manager will develop and refine operational processes, define and track KPIs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to prioritize initiatives and service improvements. Additional duties include capacity planning, technology roadmap input, vendor management, and ensuring adherence to compliance, governance, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Network Administration and Computer Network Operations, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on experience in Network Engineering and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and drive timely resolution.
• Proven Operations Management skills, including team leadership, workload prioritization, process optimization, and continuous service improvement.
• Experience overseeing or collaborating with Security Operations (SOC), including incident response, access control, and network security best practices.
• Experience with Darktrace SOC Platform is a Big Plus.
• Ability to interpret and act on network and security metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Network+, Security+, or equivalent experience are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
