Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our on-site team at our Coimbatore location. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all hostel services. The Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams, manage personnel, resolve resident issues, and maintain service consistency while meeting organizational goals. Additionally, this role involves monitoring budgets, optimizing resources, and contributing to the enhancement of the student experience.

Qualifications

• Operational and managerial expertise, including team leadership, resource planning, and process improvement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges with efficiency and creativity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in using technology tools such as dashboards, project management systems, and other digital platforms
• Experience in customer service, grievance resolution, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and on-site environment
• Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in operations or the hospitality/student housing sector is advantageous
