Operations Manager (Remote, India)
Quvor is looking for an Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the company and take ownership of work that currently sits with the founder.
This is not a task-execution role. We're looking for someone who can take responsibility, figure things out independently, and keep operations running smoothly without constant direction. We are a team of around 20 people across two companies.
What you'll own
- Team coordination
- Hiring pipelines and candidate follow-ups
- Payroll and basic operations
- Client communication and follow-ups
- CEO support and task ownership
What we're looking for
- 23 years of experience in operations, startup coordination, or project management
- Someone proactive who takes ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with their own setup
