Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Operations Analyst to support both human resources functions and day-to-day operational activities during night shift (EST hours). This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage HR processes, ensure smooth operational workflows, and act as a key support resource for business functions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and analytics (attrition, attendance, performance metrics)
Operations Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operational workflows during night shift
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and efficiency
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Identify process gaps and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Handle client coordination and issue resolution as required
- Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of experience in HR operations, business operations, or similar role
- Experience working in night shift / EST time zone support preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and operational workflows
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with ATS systems and payroll tools is a plus
