Job Title: Regional Operations Manager Dental Clinics (Franchise Network)
Location: Hyderabad (Travel Required)
Role Overview
Kosmo Dental is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee and improve operations across our franchise clinics.
This is a field-intensive role where you will visit clinics regularly, identify operational gaps, train teams, implement SOPs, and ensure consistent quality and performance across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site visits to franchise clinics to audit operations
- Identify pain points and inefficiencies in patient flow, staff coordination, and clinic management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across clinics
- Train doctors, front office staff, and dental assistants on:
- Clinic workflow
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics:
- Patient footfall
- Case acceptance rate
- Revenue per clinic
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and brand guidelines
- Work closely with franchise partners to improve clinic performance and profitability
Candidate Profile
- BDS (Preferred)
- MBA in Healthcare Management or equivalent (Preferred)
- 37 years of experience in: Dental clinic operations
- Multi-clinic or hospital management
- Experience in team training, SOP implementation, and audits
- Willingness to travel extensively

Compensation
- 6L 10L per annum
