Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline operational processes, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, supervising teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, supply chain management, and workflow optimization
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using enterprise software and project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Understanding of stakeholder management, team coordination, and conflict resolution
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven ability to work in an on-site team setting in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is a strong advantage
