Job Tittle - Operations Manager

Location - Mumbai (Bhandup)

Experience - 1 to 2 years

Salary - Upto 6 LPA

About the role:

The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline the cybersecurity learning ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality course delivery, and effective coordination of training activities. This role focuses on process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and resolving operational challenges to support learners and stakeholders at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Trainer & Partner Operations

• Manage and scale a network of trainers, SMEs, and speakers, ensuring delivery quality and availability.

Trainer Onboarding & Quality Control

• Evaluate and onboard new trainers through structured assessments via calls, messages, and email communications.

Training Operations & Delivery Management

• Plan and execute virtual training programs, including scheduling, backend setup, trainer coordination, and live hosting.

Content & Curriculum Operations

• Coordinate with trainers to finalize curricula, manage versions, and ensure content readiness. Operational Documentation & Knowledge Assets

• Create and maintain SOPs, delivery checklists, playbooks, and internal workflows.

Webinars, Masterclasses & Events Coordination

• Coordinate speakers, session timelines, dry runs, and post-event follow-ups.

Partnership & Ecosystem Coordination

• Support industry partnerships through execution, documentation, and internal alignment. Inbound Queries & Sales Operations Support

• Handle inbound training queries and support basic sales and post-sales operations.

Cross-Functional Enablement

• Act as the operational bridge between trainers, sales, marketing, and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, program management, training coordination, or service delivery roles.

• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training tools.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2

• ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4

• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt

• Agile or Scrum certifications

Good to Have:

• Exposure to IT or cybersecurity training environments.
