Job Description

Operations Telesales Manager leads, coaches, and monitors a team of telesales representatives to achieve revenue targets and optimize sales performance. They develop sales strategies, analyze KPIs, manage CRM databases, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and handling escalated calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and monitor calls for quality assurance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales scripts and strategies.
  • Operational Support: Manage CRM systems, maintain accurate customer records, and handle escalated customer inquiries.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
