Job Purpose
As Manager Operations, you will be a strategic anchor in scaling high-impact delivery across multiple event formats and geographies. You will lead complex operations, elevate cross-functional alignment, and embed a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation. This role will be pivotal in operationalizing company's Vision 2030 by translating strategy into actionable execution frameworks and people-led growth.
Key Responsibilities / Accountability
- Operational Strategy & Governance
- Build and lead execution strategies that align with business priorities, operational standards, and scalable growth while driving consistency and risk mitigation.
- Leadership & Capability Building
- Mentor mid-level managers and project leads to foster an ownership mindset, empower decision-making, and institutionalize delivery excellence.
- Cross-Functional Execution Alignment
- Serve as the strategic operations lead across BD, Creative, Client Servicing, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery across event life cycles.
- Margin Optimization & Financial Control
- Enhance operational efficiency and cost controls through accurate forecasting, budgeting, negotiation, and financial discipline across project portfolios.
- Client-Centric Execution & Quality Assurance
- Champion a delivery-first mindset by proactively anticipating client needs, aligning operations with creative intent, and embedding quality benchmarks.
- Innovation & Delivery Transformation
- Drive innovation through tech-enabled execution, vendor capability expansion, and experimentation with new formats to keep delivery future-ready.
Operational Risk & Compliance Management
Proactively identify executional risks and establish early-warning systems, compliance norms, and SOP reviews for operational control.
- Post-Event Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead structured post-event reviews to capture insights, evaluate delivery gaps, and implement data-driven improvements that raise the bar for future operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Event Management / Mass Communication / Business or related discipline.
- 1014 years of relevant experience in BTL, MICE, or integrated event delivery; at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multi-location events, lead large teams, and handle high-stakes clients and budgets.
