This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for an Operations Manager focused on optimizing inventory coverage and managing the movement of goods across warehouses. You will leverage data and collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met, resources are optimally utilized, and various projects are program-managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Optimization: Devise ways to optimize inventory coverage across warehouses.
• Demand Monitoring & Documentation: Use tracking/reporting tools to monitor regional demand and document the movement of inventory.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, logistics, supply, and third-party operations, to meet business goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to anticipate future needs and prepare accurate, concise reporting via dashboards to create organization-level visibility.
• Resource Utilization & Project Management: Ensure optimal utilization of resources and help program manage various other projects as per business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an inventory manager or in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP).
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
• An analytical mind with strong math skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
