Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the company/branch. Lead, guide, and monitor staff performance to achieve business targets. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor sales performance and take necessary steps to increase revenue. Ensure proper inventory control, stock management, and cost control. Maintain discipline, workflow, and operational standards within the organization. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Handle customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and business software. Planning and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations/management role. Industry experience preferred.
