Manage daily manufacturing operations of solar panel production.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

Control inventory, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Lead and supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.
510 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Solar / Electrical preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
