About Connect Infosoft

Connect Infosoft is a 25-year-old technology and digital services company with a team of 30+ professionals. Our services include SEO, digital marketing, web and mobile development, SaaS solutions, UI/UX, graphics, and video production for global clients.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership of delivery management, team utilization, and smooth execution of all ongoing projects.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, teams are properly utilized, and resources are efficiently planned.

The Operations Manager will act as the bridge between sales, clients, and execution teams, ensuring quality delivery and maximum productivity.

This is a leadership role focused on planning, coordination, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Planning & Utilization
  • Allocate developers, designers, SEO, and marketing resources based on project requirements.
  • Monitor team workload and ensure 7085% utilization across departments.
  • Identify idle resources and reassign them proactively.
  • Plan hiring or outsourcing needs based on pipeline.
  • Project Delivery Management
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Track project progress and identify risks or delays early.
  • Coordinate with project leads and team members for timely execution.
  • Maintain quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Client Coordination & Escalation Handling
  • Support client communication where required.
  • Handle project escalations and ensure quick resolution.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  • Process Improvement
  • Establish and improve delivery processes, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Implement project tracking tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Improve onboarding, reporting, and internal communication systems.
  • Reporting & Monitoring

Provide Weekly Reports To Management

  • Team utilization percentage
  • Active projects status
  • Delivery risks or delays
  • Resource availability
  • Client satisfaction issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in operations or project management for:
    • IT Services
    • Digital Marketing Agencies
    • Web/Mobile/SaaS development companies
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and resource planning.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, designers, SEO, marketing).
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

  • Team utilization rate (target: 7085%)
  • On-time project delivery %
  • Number of project escalations
  • Client retention and satisfaction
  • Resource planning accuracy
