Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing teams to enhance efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining operational performance, coordinating between departments, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple teams and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in analytical thinking, decision-making, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of insurance and investment services, including Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Health Insurance
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management abilities
• Experience with developing and managing operational processes, budgets, and compliance measures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for financial and operational management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
