- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery and operational excellence

- Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in US Telecommunication Sales (BPO environment preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Result-oriented mindset with exposure to handling targets and escalations
- Experience in managing large teams will be an added advantage
