Role Overview

We are looking for an execution-focused Operations Manager to manage the readiness and quality of homes listed on Helium.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, stakeholder management, and on-ground execution. You will be responsible for inspecting newly onboarded properties, driving improvement workflows, coordinating with vendors and homeowners, and ensuring homes are market-ready before tenant move-in.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring strong ownership and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships while maintaining quality and turnaround standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, service partners, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Own the tenant move-in experience and work towards maintaining high tenant satisfaction and NPS scores.
• Conduct detailed inspections of newly onboarded properties and prepare readiness reports.
• Drive end-to-end execution of property enhancement and maintenance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, property management, hospitality, or related domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable with field operations and willing to travel locally across Bangalore on a regular basis.
