As we add new products and scale internationally, our operations have grown significantly across Asia, Africa and Europe.
Job Description
We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day logistics across both sales channels and social impact programmes. You'll manage supply chain, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships, and play a key role in building the operational systems and processes that will support Asan's next stage of growth.
The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of supply-chain and logistics processes, strong negotiation and relationship management skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. If you are someone who gets excited about finding smarter ways to do things and can spot inefficiencies a mile away, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
Go-getter attitude: You're curious, eager to learn, and happy to take on a variety of tasks.
Multitasking pro: You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball – and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience: You've got 3+ years in operations, supply chain or logistics, and a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
People person: You'll be working closely with manufacturers, shipping partners and suppliers – so strong communication and negotiation skills are key.
Tech-savvy: You're comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, inventory systems, and ERP platforms to keep things running smoothly.
Languages: Fluency in English is a must. Kannada is a bonus!
Problem solver: You're proactive, solutions-focused, and love figuring out better ways to do things.
Most importantly, you care deeply about Asan's mission and want to help us drive real change.
