Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Gurgaon/Delhi (Remote)

Reporting To: CEO

We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Operations Manager to own and scale our end-to-end operations. This role sits at the core of the business and works directly with the CEO to ensure that supply chain, production, inventory, and costs are tightly controlled as the company grows.

This is not a back-office role.

This is a builder + optimizer role.

• Own the end-to-end supply chain across raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet sales forecasts without overstocking.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Identify risks early (stockouts, delays, dependency issues) and solve proactively.

• Build and manage strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, packaging vendors, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQs, lead times, and SLAs.
• Regularly evaluate vendor performance and replace underperformers when needed.

• Own inventory planning across all SKUs and warehouses.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support growth while minimizing dead stock and cash blockage.
• Implement inventory tracking systems, aging analysis, and reorder frameworks.
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.

• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across procurement, production, logistics, and warehousing.
• Track unit economics (CM, landed cost, contribution margins) in collaboration with finance.
• Drive operational efficiency without compromising product quality or timelines.

• Build SOPs for all key operational workflows.
• Improve forecasting, planning, and execution processes as the business scales.
• Work closely with finance, growth, and leadership to align ops with business goals.

What you'll be responsible for:

• On-time production and zero surprises.
• Healthy inventory with minimal dead stock.
• Strong vendor accountability.
• Continuous cost optimization.
• Operational readiness for scale.

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production management (D2C / FMCG / manufacturing preferred).
• Strong experience managing vendors and manufacturers.
• Hands-on experience with inventory planning and cost control.
• High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told.
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in D2C brands, supplements, food, or FMCG.
• Exposure to fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
• Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership.

• You'll work directly with the CEO.
• You'll own systems that impact margins, growth, and customer experience.
• You'll play a critical role in building a scalable, efficient operations engine.
